Farewell: Smiling Faces and Crying Hearts...!!!

Frankly speaking, I never expected that I'll be out of blogging for so long...although it had been for multiple reasons...but staying away from my favorite stuff was something I never expected... :O

I know, it sounds so weird, but for the past few days I was really-really-really very upset, and my eyes went wet just because as I was about to loose some of my dearest friends which I've made after I stepped out in this cruel world for the first time...with whom I played, teased each other, shared our problems, had/made linkups, and many more things...(I dunno if that's considered normal for a guy...but I'm not ashamed in admitting it that I cried a little bit)...

One thing I've learnt through all this...Separation is Inevitable... :(

anyways...leaving that senti stuff back...all these days some of you reminded me through emails and comments that I've one more world...thanks for remembering me guys...from now on I'll be regular(unless any calamity occurs)...because its the only thing that will help me to get out of the bad mood that I've been in for the past few weeks... :P

I dunno whether I've said a proper goodbye to all of you or not...if not, then accept my apologies for that...but please be in touch guys...will miss you...take care... :) :) :)

    I can understand. Some of us shed tears while the rest of us weep inside. But as you said, farewell is really tough. Reminds me of the day I left college few yrs back.
    Blessed am I and my best pals that we still stick together like clover leaf (as we were called) though we stay miles apart. It's a whole new feeling to relive the college days after the farewell and we do it in all sense.
    My dear, it's just another phase of life and take it like that. Best friends don't bid farewell until the last one breaths the last. :)

    Glad to have you back on the blog front...And life is all about treasuring the memories of the good old times coz one day all of us have to move on...Friends will always be there for sure..

    Really separation is so painful. It hurts a lot but as it is inevitable we can not do anything but to accept it!

A Long and A Lone Run.. Few thoughts..!!

Covid-19 has got to the nerves of everyone, someway or the other. However, there is one thing that has helped me maintain my sanity is endurance sports, like long runs and long bike rides. There are days, when I've started doing my own mini-duathlon (say 20-30km bike ride followed by 10k run). This might sound awkward to many, but there are few who will be okay with me doing this. Despite all this, even with so much physical activity, I've never attempted a half marathon alone. All my 14 half-marathons have been in some event or the other. Maximum distance I've covered alone, I guess, will be around 17-18km at a stretch. So to give it a try, last weekend, I thought of attempting a half marathon. All alone. I made this decision pretty late I guess, as weekend was almost over. We are always consoled by our parents that we have a bright future and we are going to reach the new heights of success.....but are we really gonna have it???????? A couple of decades earlier, it was easy for one to get placed.....Anyone somehow, someway get settled. No tension.
